Welcome to Jainism ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jainism mobile application, including all related services and functionalities provided by the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. App Description

The Jainism App provides information related to the Jain community, Jain monks, and Jain events. It is designed for individuals who follow or are interested in Jain ideology.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

4. Paid Services

While the App does not offer subscriptions, users can order services through the App. All payments are non-refundable.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Uploads: Users can upload news, comment on posts, upload a profile image, and chat with the support team. You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google Maps for location and directions, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business for SMS, OTP message services, and social login options through Google, Facebook, and Apple. By using these services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution

As the App does not offer services that may give rise to disputes and all payments are non-refundable, users agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App will be resolved under Indian law without resorting to any form of legal dispute resolution.
